Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sponsorship sales and bespoke (customized) event solutions in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through corporate sponsorships and tailored event partnerships.
Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and secure corporate sponsors for conferences, forums, and executive events
Develop and sell bespoke event solutions tailored to client needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Marketing Directors, CMOs, Business Heads, etc.)
Prepare proposals, sponsorship decks, and pricing packages
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, project management) to ensure successful event delivery
Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales pipeline data
Requirement
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, sponsorship sales, event sales, or related fields
Strong network within corporate Indonesia market is preferred
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
Fluent in English
Preferred Background
Experience in IT events, executive forums, or corporate conferences
Existing relationships with marketing or corporate communication teams
