Corporate Strategy Deputy Head

Support the development, refinement and execution of the company’s medium to long term strategic plan Lead cross functional strategic initiatives and monitor progress against milestone and KPIs

Business performance analysis Analyze internal and external business trends to identify opportunities for growth or operational improvement Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership Monitor and assess market dynamics, customer behavior and competitive landscape Develop benchmarking analysis and strategy implication summaries

Project Management Lead or support high priority strategic projects across business units (e.g., new market entry, business model enhancement, M&A due diligence). Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives, coordinating with relevant stakeholders Collaborate closely with C-Level executives, function leaders and external advisors Prepare high-quality materials for Board and senior management discussion

Capability building Coach junior team members and help build strong strategic thinking capabilities across the organization

Requirements Min. Bachelor of Finance / Accounting Min. 5 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking or advisory background Proven track record of managing complex financial projects, executing strategic initiatives, and delivering results in a dynamic business environment Experience in developing financial strategies, forecasting future trends, and providing recommendations to senior management to achieve organizational objectives Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely Strong financial analysis skills including the ability to interpret financial statements, financial modelling, analyze key performance indicators Proficiency in financial planning & forecasting, budgeting, and capital budget techniques Knowledge of corporate finance principles and valuation methodologies
