Legal Officer

Key Responsibilities Review agreements and/ or legal documents Overview of legal documents and services Executing legal actions required and providing advice based on day-to-day issues Interface with appropriate regulatory agencies, external and internal parties as necessary to support managers in accomplishing corporate objectives Company Legal Permit

Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related fields Experienced in a law firm or with a litigation background would be preferable Strong knowledge of corporate law and the regulation of the tourism or food and beverage industry Highly skilled in legal analysis and writing Excellent team player with good communication skills and the ability to work with various departments and third parties Have organization skills, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills Willing to be placed in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan
