is assisting a client in the healthcare industry to recruit an experienced
Patient Relations Manager . This key role will be responsible for managing patient experience, serving as the main liaison between patients and the clinic, and ensuring high standards of service quality and patient satisfaction. This position will be based in
Jakarta, Indonesia .
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between patients and the clinic to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Provide clear medical explanations regarding treatments, procedures, and care plans.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and operational teams to support patient needs.
Manage communication with VIP and international patients, including English-speaking patients.
Ensure proper patient documentation, consent, and follow-up are conducted according to medical standards.
Build long-term relationships to support patient satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Medical Doctor (General Practitioner)
with an active license.
25 years of experience
in service-oriented roles, preferably in healthcare or premium service environments.
Comfortable speaking English
(verbal and written).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
Service-minded, professional, and detail-oriented.
Experience dealing with premium or international patients is a plus.
