About the Role Camarade is hiring an SAP Payroll Configuration Expert based in Belgium and the Netherlands. As a permanent member of the team, you will work on high-impact SAP Payroll projects from Business Blueprint through go-live and hypercare. You will contribute to delivering compliant, efficient payroll solutions tailored to local legislation while collaborating with experienced colleagues across international teams. This is a permanent opportunity combining the security of long-term employment with the variety of consulting project work.

Main Responsibilities Contribute to the design of the Business Blueprint for local payroll (BE or NL) Run client workshops to gather and finalise requirements Configure SAP Payroll according to agreed solutions Perform unit testing and documentation Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel Testing Execute Cutover activities Provide hypercare support after go-live Ensure payroll solutions align with local legislation and compliance standards

Requirements Based in Belgium or the Netherlands Fluent in Dutch and/or French (for Belgium) or Dutch (for Netherlands) plus English Experience in SAP Payroll configuration (SAP PY-BE or SAP PY-NL) 2+ years experience in SAP Payroll implementations Knowledge of local payroll legislation Independent, responsible and solution-oriented Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment
