Job Description
As our B2B SaaS Sales & Marketing Lead, you’ll be the face of our product to marine industry clients. You’ll own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, uncover client pain points and deliver tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to and execute go-to-market strategies for marine transportation clients.
Identify, target, and win new business through outreach, networking and industry events.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach, referrals and industry events.
Track and report on pipeline growth, conversion rates and commercial KPIs.
Build strong value propositions aligned with customer pain points and product capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance solution-market fit.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance exposure and sales.
Cultivate strategic partnerships and manage key accounts with an eye for expansion.
Stay updated of industry trends to proactively uncover new commercial opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, commercial or business development roles.
Experience in the Travel and Transportation industry is a plus, with a strong advantage for those with a background in selling into the marine industry.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
Good understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Skilled in negotiation and deal closure with a hunter's mentality.
Comfortable working under pressure in a target-driven environment.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Willing to operate in a commission-based structure.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Familiar with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Open to a 1-year contract role
