We're hiring a virtual assistant to run high-volume influencer outreach. This is a simple, repeatable workflow focused on speed, accuracy, and consistency. Responsibilities DM 100 targeted influencers per day across 3–4 Instagram accounts

Track outreach status and responses in our sheet/CRM

Surface qualified replies and opportunities for my approval

Follow basic guidelines on who to target and who to skip

Maintain account hygiene (avoid flags/locks, rotate timing)

Requirements Strong, reliable internet connection

You have a US proxy/VPN already

Comfortable working daily with consistent output

Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

Deep knowledge of Instagram/TikTok

Compensation $3–4/hour

2-3 hours/day

Paid 2x/month

Performance bonuses for qualified leads closed
