PTHI is seeking a skilled professional with strong finance and accounting abilities, experience, and aptitude to take on a 12-month maternity leave position in the Finance and Accounting department in our Bogor office. This position will support the Senior Accountant in recording, classifying, interpreting, and summarizing financial information in the ledgers for asset, liability, equity, revenue, and expense accounts. Along with these tasks, you will support the Senior Accountant in managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, and performing detailed financial analysis. The ideal candidate has experience in handling a wide range of accounting and financial tasks in Indonesia.
Your overall responsibility is to bring practical finance and accounting skills and experience, as well as a “can‑do” aptitude, to the Finance and Accounting department in our Bogor office. You will also support tax reporting preparation and work with project managers to provide financial information and reports to Company management.
Responsibilities
Accounting
Prepare the coding and enter all financial data (bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries) to accounting system and internal reporting.
Reconcile bank accounts and all taxes on monthly basis.
Prepare all adjustments and reconciliations to finalize financial report.
Prepare monthly financial report including all details for management.
Calculate withholding tax payments and prepare monthly withholding tax reports.
Support project managers in managing project and update budget tracking.
Finance
Process all fund requests and administer vouchers, including bank transfer instructions and bank balances update.
Prepare and administer external invoices including VAT invoice and expense reimbursement to client, and invoice delivery.
Follow up outstanding invoices for payment.
Collect & send withholding tax evidence.
Payroll
Update and reconcile employee receivables.
General
Assist the finance and accounting colleagues in their activities.
Support the preparation of data and files for audits (including external, internal, and tax audit).
Other duties as requested.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from a reputable university. Master’s degree or advanced professional certification is beneficial.
At least of 3 years experience in accounting or finance roles, with a proven track record in the position.
Experienced in journaling transactions and preparing invoices.
Proficient with tax calculation and reporting; particularly: Coretax & Ph 26 and tax requirements on overseas services.
Familiarity with accounting and financial regulations and tax laws in Indonesia.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong sense of accountability – responsible for task completion within deadlines and with minimal supervision.

Ability and willingness to think innovatively, effectively, and critically to provide optimal work results.
Strong attention to detail, ethical standards, and oriented with a high level of integrity.
Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive and independent, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
