Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Strong interest in business development, consulting, and professional services industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and interpret data effectively. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive approach to responsibilities.
