About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounting MD Group Jakarta to join our team at MD Group' in Tangerang Banten. As Accounting MD Group Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial accounting and reporting for our business, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and driving continuous improvement in our financial processes. This is a full-time position based in our Tangerang Banten office.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies to enhance the finance function

Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within the manufacturing industry

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) is preferred

Strong technical accounting skills, with a deep understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights

Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and data analysis software

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
