Job Requirements Minimum 2 years in the same position at 5-star Luxury - Resort with strong knowledge and skill related to the position. Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the hospitality profession. Point (1) Displays a proven ability in driving sales revenue particularly for the Corporate, Wedding and Event market, based in Bali or Lombok. Point (2) Experience in a fine dining environment and in a culinary leadership role preferred, with ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees and guests. Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal, good presentation skills and confidence in communication skill. Team players, guest service oriented, open minded.
