Job Responsibilities Make lesson plans for classes and teach English to kids and teens Use electronic media and English 1-developed course ware to teach English efficiently and effectively Maintain student and class records Monitor students’ development, evaluate student progress, and communicate this to parents Provide ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents Continually strive for self-development and attend regular developmental sessions Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students Participate in social activities with students organized by the school

Qualifications Strong communication skills Flexible and proactive Self-motivated, detail-oriented and passionate about teaching Experienced teaching all groups of kids and teens offered at English 1 Hold a bachelor's degree (preferably English Education or Literature) Indonesian &

International non-native English speaking teachers

English proficiency at a minimum of C1 (EF SET/TOEFL/IELTS) International teachers:

Must hold a valid passport from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa and posses a TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate
