About the Role We’re looking for a

hands‑on Marketing Manager

to drive growth, launches, and activations across two fast‑growing businesses:

Friendchised

– a leading online directory franchise platform based in Indonesia, dedicated to helping individuals discover and connect with their ideal franchise businesses.

Nongkitiam

– a growing kopitiam brand opening new outlets and running ongoing offline activations.

This role is

execution‑first . You’ll be expected to turn strategy into action and action into measurable results. If your experience is mostly brand theory or social media posting without ownership of outcomes, this role is not a fit.

Key Responsibilities Growth & Launch (Friendchised)

Lead go‑to‑market execution for new services, including tokenization launch.

Translate complex offerings into clear campaigns, funnels, and offers.

Work closely with sales/BD teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Manage landing pages, campaign messaging, and sales enablement materials.

Activation & Traffic (Nongkitiam)

Plan and execute

Grand Opening Campaigns

for new outlets.

Design promo mechanics to drive foot traffic, repeat visits, and sales.

Execute offline activations, local marketing, KOL/community collaborations.

Maintain activation momentum for existing outlets.

Brand Ownership (Practical)

Ensure consistent brand messaging across online and offline touchpoints.

Balance speed and quality — progress matters more than perfection.

Protect brand clarity without slowing execution.

Execution & Coordination

Manage freelancers, vendors, and agencies when needed.

Set campaign timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.

Track performance and continuously optimize campaigns.

Requirements

5+ years experience in marketing, growth, or launch‑focused roles.

Proven experience launching products, services, or physical outlets.

Comfortable with both

online & offline

marketing execution.

Strong ownership mindset — you finish what you start.

Able to work in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment.

Experience in F&B, franchise, startup, or marketplace is a plus.
