Gateway Search is proud to partner with one of the leading R&D and manufacturers of automation technology to bring on board a Supply Chain & Customer Service Team Lead based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Role Purpose Responsible for the daily execution and supervision of supply chain and warehouse operations while coordinating customer service and order processing activities. The role ensures smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and effective coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage and actively supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of goods. Ensure accurate inventory control, stock movement recording, and regular stock verification. Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation. Maintain warehouse organization, storage layout, and operational discipline to improve efficiency and safety. Handle operational issues related to stock discrepancies, delivery delays, or warehouse processes. Supervise the customer service and order processing activities to ensure timely and accurate handling of customer orders. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. Monitor order status, shipment progress, and customer communication regarding delivery updates. Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of customer and order data in CRM systems (Salesforce). Supervise and support the supply chain, warehouse, and customer service team members in daily operations. Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure operational alignment with customer requirements. Provide guidance to team members and ensure adherence to company operational procedures. Monitor operational performance including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment efficiency, and delivery reliability. Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes and order handling workflow. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics operations, and customer service (advantage) Strong practical knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Experience supervising operational teams. Familiar with ERP / CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
