We are looking for a data and process driven Enterprise Sales Lead to drive our enterprise sales strategy and manage a small team of high‑performing sales professionals with a structured, metrics‑oriented approach. What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Lead and manage a small team of enterprise sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance coaching.
Identify and approach potential enterprise clients across various industries.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Lead the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, pitch preparation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What You Will Bring to the Role
Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales processes and close high‑value deals.
Strong salesmanship with excellent persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
Enough technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as basic technical knowledge that helps to appreciate the technical aspects of real‑time communication technologies.
Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers. Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
