Provide real-time interpretation during

Gemba walks

(shopfloor observations), equipment installations, and production floor troubleshooting. Kaizen Event Support:

Facilitate communication during intensive Kaizen projects, workshops, and Lean transformation initiatives. Technical Translation:

Translate Kaizen reports, and project presentations, ensuring that industry-specific terminology is accurately conveyed. Cross-Cultural Liaison:

Act as a cultural bridge to ensure smooth collaboration between Japanese expatriates/experts and the local workforce. Meeting Facilitation:

Support high-level management meetings, ensuring clear communication of strategic objectives and project timelines.

Requirement Competencies & Skills Having

minimum 6 years

of total experience and

3 years

specifically within the manufacturing sector. Certified Bahasa-Japanese or Bahasa-English-Japanese translator/interpreter. Able to do simultaneously interpretation is preferred. Mobility:

High flexibility for

traveling

to various plant locations in Indonesia as required by the project. Technical Literacy:

Has knowledge or experience in Kaizen/Toyota Production System. Ability to quickly learn and translate complex engineering or production-specific jargon. Gemba Readiness:

Physically capable and willing to work on the shopfloor/factory environment (not limited to an office setting).
