The Role :

Engage in the maintenance and support activities, which include perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner

Support DevOps, CI/CD process and OpenShift container platform

Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades

Create and maintain documentation for knowledge base, changes, upgrades and operational maintenanceDeliver technical support through written and verbal communication.

What We are Looking For :

Bachelor degree in related major.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Willingness to pick up and learn new software and technologies.

Ability to interact and communicate effectively and openly with all levels of management, users and vendors.

Strong analytical skills with excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.

Skill/knowledge required: Microservice and container concepts, Kubernetes

Familiarity in the following areas is an added advantage: Docker, Jenkins, Helm Chart, Git, Repository Manager (Artifactory/Nexus), SSO and authentication process, JBoss or other middleware technologies, Openshift, Fuse, AMQ
