Position OPERATOR BLOWN PLASTICS

PT Swanson Plastics Indonesia – PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Responsibilities

Operate chemical plant equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, and chemical flow to ensure optimal process performance.

Conduct routine inspections and report on equipment and workplace conditions.

Identify and report issues with equipment or processes that may disrupt production.

Participate in preventative maintenance programs and ensure equipment is functioning efficiently.

Follow safety standards and environmental protocols within the work area.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related major.

Minimum 1 year experience as a Chemical Operator/Maintenance.

Basic knowledge of chemical processes and plant equipment.

Strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.

Willing to be placed in Mojokerto.
