AI & Decisioning Lead

We are looking for a senior AI & Decisioning professional to design and scale advanced AI/ML and decisioning capabilities that power next‑best‑action, personalization, and automated decision‑making across customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end AI/ML model lifecycle management, from use‑case prioritization to deployment and monitoring

Design scalable decisioning architectures (real‑time and batch), including orchestration logic and rules engines

Ensure model governance, ethics, explainability, and regulatory compliance

Drive continuous performance improvement through experimentation and test‑and‑learn frameworks

Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners to accelerate AI adoption

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields (Masters preferred)

Minimum 10 years of experience in AI/ML, advanced analytics, or decisioning

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ML engineering

Experience in regulated, large‑scale environments is a strong plus
