Job Description Summary We're looking for a Project Scheduler who can collaborate with the project team to maintain the overall project contract schedule, issue reports internally and externally, coordinate schedule changes with the Project Management/Superintendent team, and manage Pull Plan sessions.

About the Role

Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule; prepare and monitor tasks ensuring project requirements against the schedule, and integrate various contract packages into the master plan schedule.

Review contractor-submitted schedules and make recommendations to the client.

Prepare regular internal and external weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client.

Develop and implement project control procedures to monitor progress and mitigation plans.

Interact with contractors to verify project data, update the schedule, assess any contractor extension of time claims, and prepare defense claim reports.

About You

5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, preferably in Data Center projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM; experience coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and delivering project status reports for large-scale projects.

Develops good working relationships with the project team.

Possesses tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
