Business Intelligence Analyst III

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of end-to-end analytical projects, from data gathering and processing to insight delivery.

Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Conduct deep-dive analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.

Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders, including senior management.

Identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities within data sets to inform strategic initiatives and performance improvement.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Define, implement, and continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.

Design and build analytical models, including clustering and predictive models, to support business objectives.

Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making through high-quality analytical outputs and insights.

Manage multiple analytical initiatives independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Minimum 6–8 years

of experience in data analytics or related roles with strong technical and analytical expertise.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Strong English comprehension and communication skills, with exposure to multicultural stakeholders.

Mandatory proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as GSD, Looker, or Metabase is a plus.

Exceptional analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

Proven experience building clustering models and predictive analytics.

Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling will be a strong advantage.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex analytical projects.
