Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Remote | South & Central America | U.S. Real Estate Team

We are a high-production U.S. real estate operation seeking an experienced

Transaction Coordinator

to manage listings and contracts from pre-listing through closing. This is not a basic VA role.

This is a performance-driven, client-facing operations role.

You will manage multiple active files, communicate directly with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies, and ensure transactions move efficiently and compliantly to closing.

Schedule & Compensation Full-time (40 hours per week) Must work U.S. EST/CST hours One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday) $12 USD/hour Approx. $1,920/month ($23,040/year) Long-term international contractor role

This role is for someone who: Has

2+ years of U.S. real estate transaction experience Understands contract-to-close processes Has managed MLS listings directly Is confident speaking with U.S.-based clients Is organized, deadline-driven, and accountable Thrives in structured, KPI-driven environments If you need constant supervision or are new to U.S. real estate, this is not the right fit.

Core Responsibilities 1. Listing Management Build and manage MLS listings Coordinate photography, staging, signage, and vendors Prepare listing documentation and marketing materials Manage open houses and showing feedback Monitor syndication accuracy (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) 2.Contract-to-Close Management Manage transactions from executed contract to closing Coordinate inspections, appraisals, lenders, and title Track deadlines and compliance Send weekly client updates Maintain organized transaction files 3.Operations & CRM Maintain clean CRM records Track key dates and tasks Participate in daily/weekly accountability meetings Assist in process improvement and documentation

Required Qualifications 2+ years U.S. real estate experience (REQUIRED) Excellent spoken and written English Strong phone presence and client communication skills Experience with MLS, CRMs, and transaction software Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with accountability and performance tracking Reliable home office setup
