They are looking for a proactive and client-focused Senior Key Account Manager (FSI) with C-Level relationship to manage and grow strategic relationships with their top-tier banking and financial services clients. As a Key Account Manager (FSI), you will steward and expand strategic relationships with our top-tier banking and financial services clients. This is an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor, driving growth and digital transformation through tailored software solutions.
For this role, candidates must come from top tier enterprise technology companies specializing in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client liaison for assigned FSI accounts, cultivating trusted advisor relationships to senior leadership of banks.
Develop deep insight into clientsโ strategic goals, operational challenges, and technology needs.
Create and execute strategic account plans to boost adoption, retention, and revenue.
Identify cross-sell and upsell possibilities across the companyโs suite of offerings.
Lead negotiations related to renewals, contracts, and pricing.
Coordinate cross-functionally (sales, product, support, delivery) to ensure client success and timely delivery.
Monitor performance metrics, ensuring that service commitments are met and exceeded.
Stay informed on banking industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive moves.
Channel client feedback and market insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams to refine offerings.
Ideal Qualifications
10- 15 years in enterprise account management or client success, preferably in enterprise software or fintech.
A rich network within the banking and financial services sector.
Inโdepth knowledge of banking operations and digital transformation journeys.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
