About Our Company: MU Group is a major export group from China, Zhejiang, specializing in hardline products. With a team of 6,000 and over 300,000 sqm of facilities, we are projected to achieve $3 billion in export volume by 2025.

Job Type: Commission-Based Agency Agreement

Objective of the Role: We aim to expand our market presence across various countries, promote business localization, and enhance our company's brand recognition globally. The successful agent will be instrumental in driving sales and building lasting relationships within their local and regional market.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Development & Sales: Take charge of overseas market development by identifying, contacting, and conducting meetings with potential clients. Lead business negotiations to secure new orders. 2. Order & Sample Management: Facilitate the receipt of purchase orders and sample requests. Coordinate with our headquarters in China to ensure accurate and timely sample submission. 3. Client & Payment Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Manage accounts and actively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection. 4. Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and attend major industry trade shows and exhibitions to stay ahead of trends and generate leads. 5. Competitive Analysis: Gather and report intelligence on competitor activities, market conditions, and emerging development trends. 6. Customer Satisfaction: Implement customer satisfaction surveys and efficiently handle any customer complaints or issues, ensuring a high level of service.

Qualifications & Requirements: 1. In-depth knowledge of the local market and established networks (strong customer relationships) is ESSENTIAL. 2. Proven experience in various sales and business development models. 3. Understanding of Chinese trade practices, culture, and business etiquette is a significant advantage. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 6. Fluency in both English and the local language(s) is required. Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus.
