Shopee . About The Team The games team aims to provide pleasant shopping experiences to millions of Shopee users across more than ten regions with our gamification features. Our team drives user engagement by leveraging game design elements and principles. We work closely with the business team to make daily Shopee visits more interesting and marketing campaigns more fun and thrilling.

Beyond gamification, the team explores the latest variants of game mechanics and technology, such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Player-versus-Player (PVP), to unlock different gameplay experiences. Our goal is to bring joy to users while creating value for the business through innovative gaming experiences. Job Description Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, marketing, and operations to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions. Define and drive the platform’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives. Translate specific product requirements into cross-product solutions applicable to stakeholders. Prioritize feature development and manage expectations across teams and stakeholders. Work closely with engineers to ensure quality execution and timely delivery. Communicate product plans, contexts, and outcomes effectively to drive strategic alignment. Ensure successful adoption of features and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field. Domain knowledge in e-commerce, growth, or gaming is highly desirable. Effective communication of complex technical or business information. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Ownership and team spirit. Proficiency in English for cross-border collaboration.
