to join our growing team. Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) Remote Work: Tuesday to Friday Responsibilities: Marketing Direction & Planning Develop structured monthly content and marketing plans Translate brand goals into clear content themes and narratives Support campaign conceptualisation and execution Stay updated on the latest digital trends and tools. Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to grow Karvi’s presence and engagement. Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content for Instagram and TikTok—including reels, stories, and posts. Participate in content creation using your own hands as jewellery models; maintaining gel manicured nails is required. Performance Analyse performance metrics and social media trends to continually improve strategy. Engage with online community through comments, DMs, and inquiries. Collaborate closely with our Content Designer & Video Editor to ensure cohesive, on-brand storytelling. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field is a plus. Minimum

3 year of experience

in social media management or digital marketing. Strong organisational and communication skills. A creative eye and attention to detail, especially with visuals and brand aesthetics. Solid understanding of branding principles and how to translate them into engaging content. Comfortable contributing to content creation (e.g., styling, assisting in shoots, or appearing in short clips when needed). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the jewellery, luxury, or fashion industries is a strong advantage.
