About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our premium DOLCEVITA ceramic tiles distribution in Indonesia. This is a strategic role for someone with established relationships in the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for premium Italian ceramic tiles (DOLCEVITA brand)

Leverage existing network of architects, developers, contractors, and high‑end retailers

Manage key accounts and build long‑term partnerships with major clients

Lead negotiations with large-scale projects and commercial developments

Meet and exceed sales targets for premium product lines

Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in building materials, tiles, or related luxury products

Proven track record with existing client network in construction/property development/architecture sectors

Strong relationships with major developers, contractors, and high‑end retailers in Jakarta and surrounding areas

Experience in B2B sales with large contract values

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Understanding of SNI certification requirements for building materials (preferred)

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
