Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, business, or related fields
Min. 4-7 years in Hotel Development / BD
Experience in Hotel Management Contracts (HMA)
Strong finance analysis & negotiation skills
Fluent in English, willing to travel!
Key Responsibilities
Identify secure new hotel projects
Conduct feasibility studies & ROI analysis
Negotiate management & franchise agreements
Develop investment proposal & pitch decks
