JR2025097089It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Faculty Member Activities :• Perform Teaching Activities:o Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to studentso Assist students with learning processo Assessing student’s learning• Perform Research Activities:o Participate actively in specific research projectso Propose new topics for research projectso Maintain a program of research, scholarship or artistic creativity through which they should aspire to a national or international reputation as scholars and promotion to the rank of Professor (academic specialist rank)o Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences• Perform Community Services:o Participate actively in community service programso Propose new program for community serviceResearch & Publication Activities :• Plan, monitor, evaluate and control several activities related to the following activities:o Implementation and dissemination/publication of research results based on research roadmap and other regulation.o Activities of paper publication, journal publishing and scientific forum implementation.o Intellectual property (HKI) registrationo Obtain non-tuition revenue through research & seminar activitieso Student creativity program (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa)• Assist the Head of Department/Program/Dean to determine the objectives research in each respective Department/Program/Faculty/ School• Perform competency development for all Faculty Members in researchContent Development & Evaluation :• Enrich and maintain course material.• Review and revise course material quality by conducting Course Outline/Online Resources review and revision (every semester).• Assist the course and examination content preparation, evaluation, development, and improvement to support the accreditation process• Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Head of Department/Program• Coordinate other lecturers related to course development and evaluation process, as well as provide mentoring, coaching and feedback• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according to the standard• Ensure on time completion of content development & evaluation processManagement Support Activities :• Provide strategic advice and regular reports to Dean/Head of Department/Program regarding research & publication initiatives• Support respective Faculty/School to recognize and add trend/new course and/or the latest technology related to program of Faculty/School• Support respective Faculty/School to manage compliance activities and conduct document support for Borang or other national/international standard• Advise Head of Laboratory/Studio related to with practicum development and research activities• Act as Academic Advisory and Thesis Supervision (based on assignment)• Perform activities related to Quality Management System• Perform additional tasks as required by direct supervisor• Perform the role of Faculty Member as stated in Catur Dharma Perguruan TinggiGeneral Requirement :• Education: Master Degree with relevant field of knowledge• Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA): Minimum Lektor Kepala• Education: Doctoral Degree with relevant field of knowledge• Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA): Minimum Lektor KepalaWork Experience/Exposure :Teaching Experience:• Master Degree : 4+ years of Teaching Experience• Doctoral Degree : 4+ years of Teaching ExperienceIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
