The Human Capital Director will lead and manage the full Human Capital function across the organization, covering the entire HR spectrum. This role acts as a strategic partner to top management, ensuring people strategies are aligned with business goals, culture, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute company-wide Human Capital strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee the full HR spectrum: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and governance standards
Champion company culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Requirements
Minimum Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions
Strong strategic mindset, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
