Fashion Designer

We are seeking a talented and technically skilled Fashion Designer with production knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision combined with hands-on experience in garment manufacturing processes, ensuring that designs can be produced efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. This role involves collaboration with the production, merchandising, and technical teams to bring innovative designs to life, from concept to final product. Key Responsibilities Create original fashion concepts, sketches, and technical drawings for new collections Research and stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and market demands to develop relevant designs. Collaborate with the design team to translate creative ideas into commercially viable designs. Work closely with production teams to ensure designs can be manufactured within cost and time constraints. Assist in the development of samples and oversee the transition from design to production. Provide input on material selection, garment construction, and finishing techniques to ensure production feasibility. Monitor quality standards at different stages of production to maintain design integrity.
