Responsibilities
Lead, monitor, and improve sales team performance
Develop and execute sales strategies and team sales plans
Set sales targets and monitor team achievements
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline and forecasting
Support the team in presentations, negotiations, and deal closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, principals, and distributors
Identify market opportunities and customer needs within the FSI sector
Oversee tender, proposal, and contract processes
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and sales policies
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant major (IT or business development)
1–2 years’ experience as a Sales Lead / Team Leader, preferably in IT solutions
Strong understanding of IT solutions sales
Proven experience handling Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts (banking, insurance, multifinance, financial institutions) and Enterprise accounts (government, telco, BUMN, manufacturing, healthcare)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong business understanding and decision-making capability
