Technical Operator Capsule Maker

POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

To support the production goals by ensuring that all machinery operates without interruption. This involves performing both the operation and maintenance of equipment to meet all required parameters. All work must be conducted in strict accordance with company policies, procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and government regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up machines to begin the production cycle. Monitor and adjust settings to ensure capsule & liquid machine operating correctly. Feed raw materials into the capsule & liquid machinery as needed to maintain continuous production. Inspect capsule & liquid products to ensure they meet specified quality requirements. Check the final output to identify and troubleshoot any machine-related errors or defects. Maintain a detailed log of all production activities, including machine performance and output.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Senior High school At least 1 years' experience in production or manufacturing in manufacturing capsule product. Have experience work with manufacturing of capsule liquid product. Need to be very detail-oriented and focused on making quality products Must be able to follow directions and work well with others Being familiar with tools and machinery is a bonus. Understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a production setting

OTHERS: Must understand how the production on capsule and liquid process works Have strong analytical skills to identify issues and find solutions Need to be a team player with excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues.
