Job Description
Responsibilities
Analyze and design sales target structures aligned with company objectives, broken down by product, and tailored to market trends, channel conditions, and regional needs (AMO and distributors).
Plan, monitor, and evaluate retail sales programs at AMO and distributor levels to ensure effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
Prepare and implement the annual work plan for the Retail Planning Department.
Monitor and analyze product inventory levels and sales performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Provide actionable recommendations to ensure stock availability supports sales targets and market demands.
Compile and analyze sales data using standardized or customized reporting formats.
Evaluate sales performance, productivity, and challenges (internal and external) to support management decision-making.
Summarize overall sales performance at AMO and distributor levels, highlighting key findings and opportunities for improvement.
Plan and allocate promotional budgets for sales programs to achieve strategic objectives.
Monitor the execution of sales program budgets at AMO and distributor levels, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while adhering to financial guidelines.
Validate and assess outlet and distributor data submitted by regional sales teams (AMO/distributors) for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with the IT department to ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system.
Disseminate and document approved product pricing decisions from the Board of Directors to all relevant stakeholder.
Collaborate with the IT department to ensure accurate recording and implementation of product prices across all distribution channels.
Strategically plan and oversee the distribution of PT KT&GI product brands across all retail and distributor channels.
Ensure market coverage and brand visibility to support sales growth and achieve distribution targets.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail planning, sales strategy, or a similar role.
Familiarity with retail distribution channels, inventory management, and promotional activities
Solid knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and forecast trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
