Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting Executive. The position is based in Batam, with a flexible arrangement allowing for scheduled work-from-home opportunities. The Accounting Executive will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing financial reports, managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations for multiple client accounts, in multiple industries within the region. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with internal teams, preparing budgets, and supporting external audits as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting for Singapore Companies preferred Competency in Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Reconciliation Strong knowledge of Compliance, GST, Taxation, and Regulatory Standards High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines Proficiency with accounting software Xero, Quickbooks online and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage Prior experience in a consultancy or multi-client organization is a plus
