Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leasing, auto-finance, or consulting.

Experience with financial services projects such as digital transformation and system implementation.

Deep understanding of leasing or auto finance operations.

Proven sales skills, proposal creation, and presentation abilities.

Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Business-level English proficiency.

Experience with SDLC and system implementation.

Extensive experience with leasing or auto finance core applications.

Business-level Japanese communication skills.
