Job Description Manage pastry staff on day to day operational matters to be on time and met guest expectations Ensure proper preparation and implementation of pastry standards in compliance to hotel's standard To assist Pastry Chef & Executive Sous Chef in creating and implementing pastry's standards of operation To enforce and comply to the Hotel standards of procedures, rules and regulations Maintaining a clear, healthy and accurate communication with superiors, colleagues and subordinates at all times Ensure clean and hygiene Pastry-Bakery operation at all the time

Requirement Minimum 1 year in the same position or 2 years as Chef de Pastrie in pastry Advanced knowledge in pastry Excellent English language skills Good organizational skills Capable to lead, motivate and develop a team
