Finance and Tax Staff for ChaTraMue

Responsibilities Handle daily finance operations: payment processing, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and financial data entry. Prepare monthly financial reports (AR/AP aging, expense reports, cash flow). Ensure accurate and timely tax calculation and reporting (VAT, PPh21, PPh23, etc.). Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance. Coordinate with external accountants, tax consultants, and internal departments. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities. Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and government regulations.

Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in finance or tax roles (F&B preferred). Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation (VAT, PPh). Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized. Proficient in accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
