Accountant

to join our growing team in Bali. Key Responsibilities:

Expense Reporting:

Prepare detailed employee expense reports and manage reimbursement and transfer workflows Payroll Management:

Compile and process accurate and timely payroll data, including BPJS payments. Transaction Traceability:

Maintain clear records of all incoming and outgoing payments with traceable documentation. Incoming Payments:

Monitor and record transactions from Xendit and Shopify Payments, ensuring proper categorization. Bank Reconciliation:

Oversee account activity and reconciliation across BNI, BCA, and Wise. Tax Reporting:

Prepare and submit corporate and personal tax reports, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations. Financial Reporting:

Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements covering marketing, taxes, salaries, and operational expenses. SOP Management:

Regularly review and update accounting SOPs, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Coordination:

Liaise with internal departments for smooth financial planning and reporting. Requirements:

Proven experience in accounting or financial management roles. Familiarity with Indonesian tax law, payroll systems, and BPJS. Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
