This Role Is for You If This Is You

You are an SEO operator, not just a content manager. You write content AND you can build systems.

You can: Break down competitors and understand why they rank, not just that they do Model search intent into clusters and map the right content to each Build programmatic and scalable content engines without destroying quality Use GSC, GA, Ahrefs as inputs, then go beyond them with LLM and AI workflows Optimise for qualified traffic and outcomes, not vanity rankings

You’ve worked closely with product and engineering before. You’re comfortable automating workflows, improving crawlability and indexation, and turning SEO into a compounding growth engine.

You will: Own and level up Fly Fairly’s SEO and social growth engines Run experiments constantly and turn winners into systems Use AI and automation aggressively to move faster and smarter Work directly with product and engineering to build things properly Set the bar for what “good” looks like, then raise it

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves Typically 4 to 7 years in SEO, social, or growth marketing, or equivalent real-world impact Deep hands-on experience with AI or LLM-driven SEO workflows Strong execution bias. You ship things yourself. Systems thinker. You hate busywork. Comfortable in a fast, high-ownership environment

Nice to have Programmatic or large-scale SEO experience Comfort working directly with product and engineering teams
