commercially-driven Visual Merchandising Specialist

Key Responsibilities Design and execute compelling focal-point displays using strong VM principles (hot spots, eye-level strategy, visual hierarchy). Ensure visual execution contributes monthly growth in assigned areas. Monitor and analyze display performance to optimize conversion and category productivity Translate planograms and layout strategies into high-impact visual storytelling. Transform everyday products into revenue-driving focal points through creative problem solving. Refresh and optimize displays regularly based on data

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (S1) in

Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields . Open to fresh graduates (relevant internship or project experience is a plus). Strong commercial mindset — able to connect visual decisions with sales results. Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate display effectiveness. Creative yet strategic — understands that great visuals must drive revenue. Experience in retail visual merchandising (furniture experience is a plus). Familiar with layout reading and basic design tools (SketchUp, Figma, or similar).
