Responsibilities

Receive, check, input, and update customer orders in SAP and XPC (buyer system).

Manage packing activities (solid pack, mix pack, and VAS requirements).

Coordinate with purchasing team for outer carton and VAS materials.

Print and verify shipping marks, barcodes, and product labels (size, inner box, outer carton).

Create and update e-packing list and VAS data in system.

Control label and VAS usage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with buyer standards.

Support VAS operations (repacking, tagging, stickering) and coordinate with related departments.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

Good English communication skills (both written & spoken).

Proficient in computer skills & MS Office – especially Excel.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined.

Understanding of product labels and barcode (UPC/EAN) is an advantage.
