Responsibilities
Handle and submit all vendor/courier payments on time.
Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) before the due date and keep records updated.
Create and manage Delivery Orders (DO) in the TMS system.
Track and monitor shipments from origin to completion, ensuring smooth delivery.
Communicate with drivers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues quickly.
Upsell trucking or additional services to existing customers when opportunities arise.
Maintain high service performance using WhatsApp Bot and other CS tools.
Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams on shipment status.
Prepare basic reports on delivery performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelorโs degree or equivalent work experience.
1โ2 years of customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with TMS or other logistics systems is an advantage.
Comfortable using digital tools (WhatsApp Bot, spreadsheets, etc.).
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fastโpaced environment.
