Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities & Duties Perform surveys alongside the Site Supervisor (as required), involving existing site measurements and documentation. Research and curate supporting imagery and color themes for Mood Boards. Create and compile Preliminary Design presentations. Facilitate review meetings with clients and manage the transmission of design files. Work alongside Senior Designers to develop designs in accordance with the initial concept and client revisions. Finalize designs following approval from the Senior Designer, Creative Director, and Client, and proceed to the Working Drawing phase with Drafter support. Coordinate with Senior Designers regarding the Working Drawing Approval Form process. Coordinate with the Project Administrator to process the Bill of Quantities (BQ) in alignment with final renders and approved drawings. Handle the reproduction/printing of Working Drawings and Final Renders. Coordinate with the Senior Designer and Project Manager to ensure successful Final Delivery.
