Finance Analyst Manager - Healthcare Industry Trust Recruit Indonesia is currently assisting one of our client from Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.

Job Description:

Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of financial analysts.

FP&A Management: Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

Reporting & Modelling: Build and maintain financial models, analyse financial statements, and deliver comprehensive financial reports and presentations.

Strategic Advisory: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to assess performance, analyse financial data, and ensure financial strategies align with business objectives.

Data Governance: Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems, tools, and dashboards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline with minimum GPA 3.00.

5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Experience working on ERP application projects and understanding cost structures used by IT teams in Finance Tech development.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
