Furniture Estimator

Job Qualifications: Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. Prior experience in furniture or interior design is a strong plus. Able to read working drawings (CAD). Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantity (BoQ) for furniture projects. Calculate material requirements, labor costs, and production timelines. Prepare quotations and conduct vendor price comparisons. Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams. Update costing data in accordance with changes in the project scope.
