Leadership & management: guiding kitchen staff, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts
Culinary expertise: deep knowledge of cooking techniques, food, prep, and presentation
Communication: clear, effective communication with staff and management
Time management & organization: handling multiple tasks & efficiently in fast-faced setting
Pressure management: staving calm and focused during busy periods
Problem-solving: adapting to unexpected issues like shortages or equipment failure
