About the Company
The RoleAs an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new revenue by managing the full sales cycle—from discovery through close—within small to mid-sized law firms across the U.S.
About the Role
You will take a consultative, solution-led approach to understanding a firm’s operational challenges and positioning us as a strategic platform to improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability. This is a quota-carrying role suited to a driven, structured seller who thrives in a consultative SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
Develop and execute territory/account plans to exceed revenue targets
Run tailored product demonstrations aligned to firm workflows and business objectives
Build relationships with Managing Partners, COOs, Legal Administrators, and IT stakeholders
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes and longer consultative sales cycles
Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handover
Stay informed on legal tech trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
Experience: 3–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding quota in a closing role
Experience selling into law firms or professional services organizations strongly preferred
Background in legal tech Saas is a plus
Required Skills
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
Comfortable managing complex sales cycles (60–180+ days)
Executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work remotely
Strong communication and presentation skills
