High level of detail, cleanliness and maintenance. High level of customer service. Strong analytical skills with cost and expenses focus. Adequate education for the position applied, preferably. Leader in kitchen area background will be an advantage. Familiar with major PVS system will be an advantage. Strong in revenue driven.
