Bespoke Travel Curator

About the Role

Destination Asia Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Bespoke Travel Curator to join our Leisure team in Bali. In this role, you will design tailor-made travel experiences, prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless reservations and unforgettable journeys.

Key Responsibilities Client & Agent Engagement Respond to incoming requests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Design customized travel packages aligned with client preferences and budgets. Act as a trusted advisor, recommending the right services and experiences. Reservations & Coordination Manage bookings for hotels, suppliers, restaurants, and all itinerary services. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are updated in the operating system. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to guarantee smooth execution. Handle payments, deposits, invoicing, and follow-ups with clients and the Accounting team. Service Excellence Maximize revenue through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Achieve high conversion rates from enquiries to confirmed bookings. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate records of reservations, passenger details, and internal notes. Support supervisors and managers with assigned tasks and departmental needs.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, business, or languages (preferred). Experience in sales, tailor-made quotations, and reservations within travel, tourism, or hospitality. Familiarity with FIT and GIT reservations; experience with UK, USA, European, and Latin American markets is an advantage. Knowledge of travel operating systems (e.g., Travel Studio, Tourplan) is beneficial. Strong command of written and spoken English (other languages are an advantage). Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize under pressure, and attention to detail. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Passion for travel and promoting Wonderful Indonesia.
